Downtown Lofts is a pet friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs.

The following dog breeds are restricted (not permitted) in our community: Pit Bull Terriers, American Bully, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Huskies, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes.

Max Number of Pets: 2

Monthly Pet rent fee of $50.00 per dog and $25.00 per cat

All pets are subject to management approval. Additional pet fees, deposits, and community guidelines may apply. Please contact the leasing office with any questions or to confirm pet eligibility prior to adding your new pet.
