This is the 5th property in the DL community, featuring approximately 9,000 square feet on the first floor belonging to Community Connections Inc. The building includes four floors of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, offers the same amenities as other DL locations, and provides onsite parking with an expected completion date of January 2027.

Rising on a Bedford Street site once occupied by a used-car lot and auto-body shop, Campbell Crossing transforms a long-underused downtown block into a welcoming mixed-use community. The five-story building will pair 52 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with ground-floor program space for Community Connections, extending the nonprofit’s services for adults with disabilities. On-site parking, in-home laundry, a private mailroom and thoughtfully planned resident amenities support everyday ease, while the location between Seventh and Eighth streets keeps residents connected to downtown shops, dining and public transit. Named for Campbell Cordeiro, the project continues Downtown Lofts’ investment in Fall River’s future.
